Seatpost-mount rear bike rack for use with Burley rack-mount hitch #2498 and with Burley Travoy bike cargo trailer #2486.
Use this adapter if you're using a Peace Health Rides bikeshare bike to borrow the trailer.
There has to be some seat post accessible between the bottom of the seat and the top of the bikeshare bike rear fender; this setup probably won't work if you're shorter than about 5'6".
Library staff and volunteers will judge whether your bike + the trailer will be safe. We will assist with hitching the trailer to the bike.
NOTE There is language in the current Peace Health Rides Rental Agreement which explicitly prohibits the bike user to “tow, pull, carry or push any person or object with a Bicycle.”
